Yesterday was a snow day here in Manhattan. If it was the Midwest everyone would have laughed and felt at home yet it was a frenzy here. A couple stores down the street from me also blew up. I’m reading Susan Sontag’s On Photography right now, which only makes me want to take more photos, which I spent the better half of yesterday doing in Central Park, yet since I keep using only manuals and black and white I am building up a lot of rolls with pictures I forget having taken. The distance between taking the shot and holding the photo is an alarmingly anticipatory yet beguiling fix. I will develop and post some of them here soon. Being a snow day, a friend of mine and I also made many videos then I came home and worked on the monstrous foam core, progress noted below. Check out a new video here as well. It is made up mostly of footage from a trip to Albany, NY.
